Nishanth Sagar is an actor of Malayalam most known for portraying villain and supporting roles. His most memorable roles are Joker, Phantom, Thirakada, Gulmohar, Swa Le, The metro, Karyasthan, Mullassery Madhavan Kutty Nemom P. O., Anyar, Thilakkam, Pulivaal kalyanam and Rasikan. Though he has done supporting roles in most of these movies, he has an image of handsome villain of Malayalam. Except movies like Phantom and Thirakada, most of his successful roles are with negative shades.  

Nishanth was born in 1981 in Thalassery, Kerala. He did his primary education at St.Mary’s Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram city. Later he completed his schooling from Govt.Model High School,Trivandrum and Govt.Ganapat Boys High School,Kozhikode. His graduation was completed from Zamorin's Guruvayoorappan College, Kozhikode.
